HOSANNA IN THE HIGHEST!!!

Dear Friends in Christ,

It's Palm Sunday tomorrow. What message can I share with you other than "Hosanna"?

But while I was about to write on the word "Hosanna", I just thought let me instead limit this article about the message of the CROSS and let God speak to your heart as you read ahead.

The Bible says do not confide to the riches of this world.

• As in Psalms 62:10,

"...even if your riches increase,    don't depend on them." 

• As in Romans 12:2, 

"Do not conform yourselves to the standards of this world, but let God transform you inwardly by a complete change of your mind."

True! Indeed very true!

This Sunday people proclaimed, The Prophet of Nazareth,Jesus as King (Matthew 21:11) and just in a few days the very same people cried out "Crucify Him!" and they mocked Him.(Matthew 27:29)

If you think money, that you have, can save you...

If you think properties, that you have, can save you...

If you think beauty, that you have, can save you...

If you think legacy, that you have, can save you...

If you think fame, that you have, can save you...

HOLD ON!!!

Nothing can save you other than the Blood of Jesus.
 

We are like these people only. Praising and criticising as per our need,mood or any personal reason.

But remember,

• As written in Psalms 144:4,

"We are like a puff of wind;our days are like a passing shadow."

• As written in Psalms 27:10,

"My father and mother may abandon me,but the Lord will take care of me." 

 Tomorrow when we will sing,"Hosanna-Son of David-who came in the Name of the Lord-Blessed is he who has come and is to come. Hosanna - in highest."
 

Let us first crucify all our bondages and hopes that we have laid on the people of this world or things of this world.

Like Apostle Paul said,

"As for me, however, I will boast only about the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ...(Galatians 6:14)"

There is a very beautiful song by Hillsong United titled "Amazing Love"

"Amazing love, how can it be
That You my King would die for me
Amazing love, I know it's true
It's my joy to honor You"

Yes, Remember this King tomorrow who Died for you...
Yes, Remember this King tomorrow who Cares for you...

People might change but do not forget,
even in His triumphant entry in Jerusalem, he rode on donkey expressing His humility and even when he was on the Cross, he died for us out of His deep love for us.

What we see here is, people change but God is the same,Yesterday Today and Forever.

His Love is the same,Yesterday Today and Forever.

He is King,Yesterday Today and Forever.

AMEN.

What we need to think on this Palm Sunday is the Lord's unchanging and everlasting Love for us, even if we proclaim Him as King or shout against Him to crucify Him.

NOTHING CAN SEPARATE US FROM THE LOVE OF GOD!

Let us sing together,

"Hosanna-Son of David-who came in the Name of the Lord-Blessed is he who has come and is to come. Hosanna - in highest." 

because as it is written in Revelation 5:12,"

“The Lamb who was killed is worthy
    to receive power, wealth, wisdom, and strength,    honor, glory, and praise!”

Hosanna- in Highest.

Arise my soul, join the procession of the daughters and sons of Zion and go out to meet your King.
